Oktoberfest...

Yahoooo......its October!

A lot of fun things will be happening in October.
Bands all over the City will be rocking high.....
Friends will be bar-hopping and enjoying the revelry.

I went from Silver Rain to Bahay Kubo and I met a few guys having fun.

Guys in Rosario Arcade in LKKS....are well-dressed and well-mannered.

Then, I went to Nazareth....got caught with a friend
near Navarro's place....I missed them so much that I stayed the entire evening having a shot of Chocobum....fieste! I got drunk and went home alone.

Abs is short for Abdominal muscles. Men and women is trying hard to achieve having a great abs.
Going to gym classes and reading materials about attaining a 6-pack abs is very much available in the internet nowadays.

If you want to have a 6-pack abs, one must focus on diet. What you eat, identifies the stomach fats that you contain and therefore your chance of obtaining the abs that you wish for. Majority of people thinks that exercise plays the most important rule in obtaining the abs you wanted. Exercise is not enough, diet and a "will" to do the right thing is also important to achieve a 6-pack abs.
